will stock lug nuts work?

do i have to buy more lug nuts, or do the oem ford lugnuts fit these rims

Not typically. Most VMS Racing drag wheels (Street Drag, Rolled Lip, etc.) use conical seat (tapered) lug nuts with an open or small-diameter design. OEM Ford GT500 or Mustang lug nuts are usually bulge acorn style with a larger outer diameter, which often won’t seat properly or fit in the narrow lug holes of VMS wheels.
