No, this particular kit, the Procharger 1FF202-SCI 1999-2001 Cobra Stage II Intercooled TUNER Kit with P-1SC, would not fit the Mach 1. For the Mach 1, use part number PC-1FL212-SCI. Additionally, neither supercharger kit is Carb Legal in California.
