Yes, the MGW Shifter still allows for Reverse Gear functionality. The MGW shifter is designed with a push-down reverse lockout mechanism, meaning you'll need to push down on the shifter before moving it to the left to engage reverse, instead of pulling up a collar as with the stock shifter.
