What will happen if I get a 93+ tune, but lower octane fuel is used?

I have CV intercooler with hot/cold pipes and S&B air intake. Want to know what will happen if +93 octane is not available and lower octane fuel enters the system.

If 93 octane is required by your tune and lower-octane fuel (91 or less) is used The truck will not immediately fail or blow up. But performance will be reduced, and engine protection strategies will activate. Repeated hard driving on lower octane can increase risk if ignored.
