what would it take to use this kit on a 2014 mustang gt?

I have a 2014 Mustang GT, with a 3.73 rear end id like to swap a Tremec into it as the MT-82 is garbage.

It’s not a direct swap for your 2014 GT (S197) and using the 2015–2017 (S550) Magnum XL kit would create more problems than it solves. The Magnum XL transmission itself will work, but the kit is chassis-specific, and S550 parts don’t line up with your S197 car.
