Yes, the DeatschWerks 18U-10-0800-6 (800cc) injector set will physically fit the 2003–2004 3.8L V6 Mustang, but there are a few important things to consider before using them. The flow size on these would be 800cc/min = ~76 lb/hr injectors. Your stock 3.8 V6 injectors are only ~19 lb/hr, so these are extremely large for that engine unless you're running serious power.
