when you add performance upgrades will the Pro Cal Tune make adjustments

It does not dynamically tune for added mods like: Aftermarket intakes (non-Ford Performance), Intercoolers, Downpipes, Upgraded turbos and Fuel system upgrades. It won’t “learn” or optimize for these, it just runs its preloaded calibration.
