Yeah, it will fit your 2026 Dark Horse Premium even without the Handling pack. The PR3Z-17626-AA front lower chin splitter is the OEM splitter used on the Dark Horse Handling Package, and Ford designed it to bolt onto the same front bumper that all Dark Horse models use (handling package or not).
